Amazing Love

I’m forgiven because You were forsaken.
I’m accepted. You were condemned.

I’m alive and well, Your Spirit is within me
Because You died and rose again.

Amazing love, how can it be
That you, my King would die for me?

Amazing love, I know it’s true:
It’s my joy to honor you.
In all I do I honor You.
~ Billy James Foote

Here are are some shots of my family out by the river near our house. When I see them, I think about the love I experience from them, and wonder: How could God's love could be greater than this?.

It is, and I hope I never forget it.

Beautiful, Katie. Sophia looks a lot like Emily in the first picture. By the way, I love that song. Our God truly is amazing.

What's the poem--"Once there was a little girl with a curl right in the middle of her forehead? And when she was good she was very, very good..." Just noticed her darling little curl. Probably just like her Mommy--but definately the way Annie's hair did when she was little...

Hi Sweetie--You've probably noticed I haven't been checking your blog as much as I used to due to my very busy work schedule. I'm glad that you and your family are so blessed. Can't believe two months have passed already since John left us. Pete is making a memorial cross to put by the gift lily from the funeral. I'm so happy that you're happy. Love you--Mom

Katie, beautiful pictures of your family. Isaac's body language while holding Sophia says it all!

Happy birthday, Tater!
